Shipping & Handling:
Our goal is to provide the best customer service and shipping options. That means doing everything possible to process your order and ship it to you as fast as possible.
- We ship all items sold the next business day.
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday.
- We don’t charge for handling (Free Handling on all our items).
- We don’t ship items on weekends, holidays or during severe weather conditions.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost unless otherwise specified.
We are located in Tampa Florida. The shipping cost is based on the weight of the item(s) and the distance between our location and the buyer's shipping address.
At checkout, the buyer has the option to choose which carrier they prefer (USPS, UPS).
Currently, we only ship to customers who reside in the United States, we do not ship internationally.
We have a 30 days FREE return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of your item no questions asked. We pay for the shipping return label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

After you request a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only sell in the United States for the moment. We will update our policy when we start selling internationally.
Changes in Policy:
SARAD RETAIL LLC reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a pervious version of these conditions.
