Terms of Sale:

SARAD RETAIL‘s terms of sale shall apply to all on-line contracts for the purchase of goods by you (client) from us (the seller – SARAD RETAIL LLC), to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order.

Placing an Order:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order with SARAD RETAIL, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the items ordered are out of stock or do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn by us – SARAD RETAIL LLC. This might mean that in a multi item order all parts may not be available or that an order is delivered in parts. 

When an order is only partly delivered or part cancelled or delivered in parts, the 7 day free return window applies to each delivery separately –  if an order was for a suit for example where two pieces combine to make a whole, we will not do split deliveries.

Redemption of Free Product & Coupon Offers

From time to time, SARAD RETAIL offers its clients special offers and discount codes to be used in conjunction with this website. These offers are frequently disseminated via this website and through email to those who have registered for our email database. They are sometimes posted on our home page — www.saradretail.com — or announced via other means of communication (Social Network, Websites…). We encourage our clients to redeem these special offers, but we respectfully ask that you not exploit them. SARAD RETAIL, at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria has been met to qualify for stated discount or free product. If you successfully circumvent the software safeguards of this website in order to receive several free products with your order, then we will (at our sole discretion) remove any extraneous free product from your order or cancel the order in its entirety. You will be informed of any order changes via the phone number or email address listed with your order.

Disputes:

In the unlikely event that there is a dispute in relation to the goods supplied, any dispute or claim shall be governed and construed according to US Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US Courts. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by any Court or other authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then the validity of the rest of these Terms & Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.

Shipping & Handling:

Our goal is to provide the best customer service and shipping options. That means doing everything possible to process your order and ship it to you as fast as possible.

• We ship all items sold the next business day. 
• Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday.
• We don’t charge for handling (Free Handling on all our items).
• We don’t ship items on weekends, holidays or during severe weather conditions.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship to customers who reside in the United States, we do not ship internationally. 

 Returns:

We have a 30 days FREE return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of your item no questions asked. We pay for the shipping return label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

After you request a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union

We only sell in the United States for the moment. We will update our policy when we start selling internationally.

SARAD RETAIL LLC reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a pervious version of these conditions.

-SARAD RETAIL shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this site.

Certain links in this site (typically a banner advert or icon) will lead to sites which are not under the control of SARAD RETAIL. When you activate any of these you will leave the SARAD RETAIL site and SARAD RETAIL LLC has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any site which is not under our control.
