Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SARAD STORE! We sell in the United States only and ship all of our orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Refund and Returns

We offer refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
